1. Overall, fantastic app developers :D.I've used this app for years, and it was great but now I can't even read any texties stories anymore, the app crashes every time I open a story.

2. I don't know what else to say now.Very good and fun, just wish there was a search bar, or even a filters bar so you could only see books that are mystery AND thriller, instead of looking through each genre.Texties is amazing! I would like it if there was a search bar, though, and filters too.

3. On the odd occasion the story I want to read actually opens, it always puts me back at the prologue, even though I was halfway through the book in most cases.

4. I had just downloaded the app and before i could even choose my genre the app CRASHED!!! SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR SPACE, I 100% DO NOT RECOMEND!!!Iam going to uninstall this app.

5. I can read any story with a click of a button without having to spend money on tickets.

6. The reason I chose four stars is because if you go to settings and change them, the app with crash continuously.

1. Fix Texties Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Texties: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Texties App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Texties" » Open Texties - Text & Chat Stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Texties » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Texties - Text & Chat Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Texties servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Texties - Text & Chat Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Texties app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Texties might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Texties. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Texties then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Texties not working

2. Fix Texties Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Texties be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Texties not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Texties may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
