1. It's a bit of a challenge for a toddler (as they have unfortunately compare Sensical to Youtube with its super handy app design) * when click pause, "recommended" section shadows half of the screen - this creates challenge when you are watching channels about drawing - when you try to copy each step at a time and pause * home menu - im not sure at which step of app development you are, but at some point I would love to see Sensical add Home feed with suggestions based on previous likes/watches (at the same time - I would like to give kudos for "all channels" section based on interest type).

2. If that glitch can be fixed, the app would be 5 stars to me.Love the platform - thanks so much for the work and efforts!! Few points for improvement as I really want my kids to stay loyal to this app and not even think about to switching to other streaming apps: * on Samsung Tab as well as iOS devices initial menu is fixed as horizontal, and when you turn on the video - it turns horizontal.

3. They expect us to watch math trivia? Seriously? All the videos are stupid and boring, and this app doesn't suit kids with ADHD because of how slow this app is! 99 percent of the time the app doesn't load.

4. I am still wondering where is Puerto Rico.Love the concept and all the options! My reason for 3 stars is simply because it would beneficial to have an option where the parent can choose what their kid can watch from the approved shows listed.

5. It's not bad to let kids watch childrens book reviews videos? Sensical says it is.

6. When I help my kids find things that might interest them - they are cool; however, if they are to explore the app by themselves, it becomes a bit of a problem I hope above few points will be useful for you.

7. For example, my 3year old loves barbie, but she couldn't watch the barbie show unless she was on an older aged account, but if she's on an older aged account she also couldn't watch Bounce Patrol.

8. Bad app.I try to limit my kids screen time, however when I do let them get online this is the app I want them using.

10. The app itself is nice as far as the content, however my only complaint is when using it on my smart TV, the "times up" pop up will appear and no matter what option I select to increase the time, it pops back up immediately and will not go away.

11. Sensual is 100% what I wanted she loves it I love it! It runs smoothly and she can't get enough and not just the fun videos the learning ones too.

1. Fix Sensical Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sensical: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sensical App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sensical" » Open Sensical - Safest Kids Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sensical » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sensical - Safest Kids Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sensical servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sensical - Safest Kids Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sensical app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sensical might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sensical. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sensical then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sensical not working

2. Fix Sensical Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sensical be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sensical not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sensical may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
