Why should I report an Issue with Periscope - Live Video?

1. And finally on Android I cannot see top fans anymore, fix that issue please, thank you.Every time I try to call in on other live broadcasts or invite calls into my live broadcasts- the app freezes up and crashes, completely closing me out.

2. Amateur hour!Fix what's wrong! Lately lots of ghosting, meaning when I send messages no one can read them, lots of people having this issue.

3. I had to create another account just to switch back and forth when this happens, very annoying! Can you guys add a resume feature, meaning if I watch a replay and have to exit out at minute 8:35 I can come back and resume at that same exact spot, please.

4. Some people follow hundred of profiles and having to scroll down to where you were each time you select to follow a profile is very irritating.

5. My only complaint is that when you are looking at other peoples "following" lists, if you go to follow one person from their list it send yoy back to the very top.

6. Tapping on a message should bring up the window to reply, report, or mute when you're a mod, as well as let you open the person's profile.

7. Since the update, if the persons chat is only one line long, tapping does not open this window.

8. Let audio run in the background.After an update about two months ago, I'm unable to interact with single line messages anymore.

9. I find a lot of new people looking through who other people follow with similar interests.

10. Went to view the broadcast on my Twitter account and the video kept locking up and the audio kept going in and out.

11. Controls should be dedicated ESPECIALLY feedback ones, I mean I can reverse or just take back thumbs up or down on other platforms.

1. Fix Periscope Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Periscope: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Periscope App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Periscope" » Open Periscope - Live Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Periscope » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Periscope - Live Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Periscope servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Periscope - Live Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Periscope app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Periscope might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Periscope. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Periscope then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Periscope not working

2. Fix Periscope Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Periscope be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Periscope not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Periscope may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
