1. Extremely disappointing considering I purchased the premium version and it has been working like a charmWhen I downloaded it, it was working fine, then I switched off my data connection for a while.

3. because when autoresponder set using chatgpt mode, the AI (of chatgpt) cannot remember the last words in a conversation, ,so, its hard to do a conversation continuesly just like original chatgpt.

8. I have Uninstalled reinstalled and everything else that is suggested (including sending copious amounts of emails requesting support) but to no avail.

9. I use this app to take appointments for me when Im busy.So far it has proved to be exactly what I need to auto-respond to chats from unknown contacts and creating menu options.

1. Fix AutoResponder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AutoResponder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AutoResponder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AutoResponder" » Open AutoResponder for WA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AutoResponder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AutoResponder for WA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AutoResponder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AutoResponder for WA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AutoResponder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AutoResponder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AutoResponder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AutoResponder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AutoResponder not working

2. Fix AutoResponder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AutoResponder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AutoResponder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AutoResponder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
