Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Thai PBS Issues
1. Fix Thai PBS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Thai PBS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Thai PBS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thai PBS" » Open Thai PBS » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thai PBS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Thai PBS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thai PBS servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thai PBS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Thai PBS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thai PBS might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Thai PBS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thai PBS then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Thai PBS not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Thai PBS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
