1. Other times "nearby" won't work unless I give the app permanent access to my location.Everything on the app works but being able to see the photos in my own gallery when I post a whisper.

2. On every page I found the same error message- "Oops, Whisper is having some trouble" even though I was connected to WiFi, location, etc.

3. It's been over a year (04/06/23) and the "Whisper Support Team" either doesn't care or doesn't see it as an issue.

4. Two, even after deleting storage data and uninstalling the app, Whisper has full records of my usage after reinstallation.

5. I can tolerate the bots and the ads, but when the basic functionality of the app doesn't even work anymore, then the app serves no purpose.It is 90% bots or scammers.

6. I think you should be able to set your location (USA) as your county or state or something else, but it doesn't give you that option.

1. Fix Whisper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whisper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whisper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whisper" » Open Whisper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whisper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whisper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whisper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whisper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whisper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whisper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whisper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whisper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whisper not working

2. Fix Whisper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whisper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whisper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whisper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
