1. Stop promoting your app in the libraries if you're unable to support people using it.Sounded a loud alert when scanning qr to login even though all volume is turned off.
2. Its very leggy and when I press on one book in the new ebooks section to find out the details, I get shown another book (same book appears when I click alot of other titles).
3. Prior to the update, the app kept loading and then saying that there was no Internet connection and then it would go back to the loading page and back to the connection message and over and over again.
4. When there's an error focusing on barcodes, it makes loud beeping sounds even when the phone media and system sounds are set to mute.
5. NLB and reading books is one of the best things before this happened, utterly disappointed at this mess.Super convenient for borrowing books.
6. I dont get the free access to publicationsBarcode scans frequently fail and app error says Hold On; got to force close app and reopen.
7. if users can't even open the app, there is honestly no point in downloading it right 😅Having a lot of issues accessing press readers these days.
8. Excuse me! Make such unnecessary noise in the library, for what? Cannot make it lah... such a lousy app for our National Library, buay paiseh meh? Where is your pride?Hi.
9. Please do something about it.the NLB app provides much convenience when borrowing and searching for books, however the app itself is very laggy.
10. It goes to the loading page with the man sitting on the train and then it flickers and the app disappears.
11. Was probably the best and most functional app until the recent updates where the error, "Record(s) not found" keeps popping up.
