Every question I've had so far, the app either answers or links directly to a location where I can find my answerEarly voting, polling locations, candidates & sample ballots along with information on how to contact officeholders currently representing me! This is a very good resource for any citizen wanting to fully participate in the democratic process.Love the app, it's very useful and helps me keep things in order.

2. It doesn't save your voting choices which is great, but bc of that, be sure to save it yourself.Recently moved and updated my address and voters registration only a week ago and it already shows all my new info in the app.

3. Had to call registrar to verify that my new voter registration card is valid and am indeed registered to vote in Caddo, along with information of where to vote.

4. App doesn't reflect the move, and no matter what I do, the new registration doesn't update, and app notifications are all for previous address.

5. I know how name is on voter roll but app will not use it.Checklist feature useful, but be sure to screenshot if you take to the polls to use for remembering your votes on amendments.

7. I would have rated this app a 4 star except for the fact that I couldn't get out of the Registration Information page easily.

8. My connection was fine as other apps and my browser worked.When I try to register, it tells me "no voter found".

9. Explains in detail each amendment being voted on, lists candidates and has a contact list for your elected officials.

10. The absentee ballot application does not have the mailing address on it to mail application.

11. After trying several ways to get out of it I stumbled onto the fact that if I completed a search it would finally let me back to the home page.

1. Fix GeauxVote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GeauxVote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GeauxVote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GeauxVote" » Open GeauxVote Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GeauxVote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GeauxVote Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GeauxVote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GeauxVote Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GeauxVote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GeauxVote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GeauxVote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GeauxVote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GeauxVote not working

2. Fix GeauxVote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GeauxVote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GeauxVote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GeauxVote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
