Why should I report an Issue with VerseVIEW Mobile Bible?

1. My request is it would be much better if audio is also available for the Bible selected languages...Tq for the app God bless u..While sharing the Bible words, English verse only can share with image all other secondary and third languages can't share with image, only text can be share.

7. If you are going to share any words, which is the first language in that, they only can share with images.

8. For example, when you reach the end of last verse of a book, the forward navigation arrow will NOT take to next book: instead it goes back to chapter 1 verse 1.

9. Moreover, you can refer meaning of any Verse since you can see 3 languages simultaneously on screen.

10. Now it is very easy to carry and read Bible wherever & whenever you feel like reading.

11. If you link this app to Google account it will be great to keep our notes, bookmark & etc... Bcoz whenever updates & new download in new device the notes bookmark, etc are not found.

1. Fix VerseVIEW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VerseVIEW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VerseVIEW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VerseVIEW" » Open VerseVIEW Mobile Bible » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VerseVIEW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VerseVIEW Mobile Bible app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VerseVIEW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VerseVIEW Mobile Bible" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VerseVIEW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VerseVIEW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VerseVIEW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VerseVIEW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VerseVIEW not working

2. Fix VerseVIEW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VerseVIEW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VerseVIEW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VerseVIEW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
