Maybe our school is just using it wrong, but that still means it's a bad user experience.This is a good app for teachers to do their lessons but is hard to move around on a tablet, it doesn't have the option of zooming in or out, by moving the fingers around the screen, instead it has the magnifying glass that is quite annoying to work with, also the color menu and pencil or tool menus are not very responsive and get on the way of the work under, they respond slowly.

2. While I understand why the worksheet uploaded by the teachers are an image file (so that the kids can't edit it) because of this feature, they are forced to draw text boxes to fill in the blanks.

3. because the text boxes automatically come in a larger size, students are forced to type everything up, close the text option, use the select option, then resize the text.

5. It's just pissing me off at this point.First I would like to say, I appreciate the concept that the devs made to allow students and teachers interact with each other and allow the students to have fun uploading homework.

6. While other times the function doesn't work.The app shutting down on my kindergartner while she's recording is BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

7. All in all its been making my virtual teaching go smoother.The experience is is pretty bad, in order to attach an image as part of an assignment you have to edit the entire workspace, and you can just delete entire class modules.

8. The app crashes every so often, doesn't save frequently (its a kids app, it should save automatically after every change), so students are forced to do the work over and over again.

9. All in all, I appreciate the concept, but it definitely needs work.For the most part, the Android app is much better than the web interface.

10. We ended up just printing everything out, making them do it on paper, then uploading the picture of their work instead of doing the work in the app, because it was just taking too long.

11. It should have an option of selecting text size, but instead the default text size is a poster size.

1. Fix Seesaw Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Seesaw: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Seesaw App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Seesaw" » Open Seesaw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Seesaw » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Seesaw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Seesaw servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Seesaw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Seesaw app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Seesaw might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Seesaw. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Seesaw then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Seesaw not working

2. Fix Seesaw Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Seesaw be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Seesaw not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Seesaw may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
