1. How come now when you record you have to record external sound to get sound for what you are recording??? I was able to turn off external sound before and still get sound from what I was recording Okay so I changed it to 4 stars because it's a good recording app.

2. I have since deleted the app & warn anybody against using it for uni/business etc.Ok....... the app is good but there's one big problem.......... THE SOUND ! ! ! ! ! The problem is that you cannot not hear the sound of your recording correctly.

1. Restart HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder" » Open HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder - iRecorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder - iRecorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder - iRecorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HD Screen Recorder & Video Recorder then reinstall.
