1. Totally misleading and highly not recommended!This App has to such big time, my brother and i had purchased jawwy sims at the same time, my data pack had just been used and i just wanted to add extra data to it, my brother had the data add on section and i didn't, I've been trying to reach customer support but they're only through text and take LONG TIME TO ANSWER, and they don't even solve the freaking problem, and also why is the customer support online only? Like I've run out of data and wanna recharge how do i when i don't have the net?This app shows different different plans to different different people and there's no 60 days or 90 days plans all internet package valid only 30days that means you go on vacation and coming back to Saudi Arabia your net pack is ended and you need to recharge first otherwise your sim is inactive.The app does not work when you need it to.

Why?The strength of the connection in the Jawwy SIM card is similar to stc SIM cards, but I hope you add the validity date of the SIM card in the Jawwy app.When using with hotspot, Youtube facebook and social media data consumes data through limited data.

This app has a big issue that it must be in the data to connect to it, some day I needed to recharge while am out of KSA, I couldn't connect, also while you are in KSA on wifi you can't connect, we know that you uses the mobile number to make connections easy, but we look for more way to connect like user name and password.
