Why should I report an Issue with Write by Voice: Speech to Text?

1. I expected it to stop when I pause for a good length of time, but as soon as I stop to take a breath it stops and it offers several choices of what did I mean to say? Now the choices are fine but having to do this every three five or seven words is not useful by any stretch of the imagination! About to uninstall this stupid app!App stops recording the moment you take a brief pause, then makes you check what's been recorded before continuing.

2. worked great!!! Love it, ❤️ I have bad arthritis and it really helped m.e. I recommend both apps they really workThis app is always stopping in the middle of a sentence to have me check a box to get closet words and then I miss everything until I check box.

3. The developer says they're constrained by the limitations of the Google Voice app - but when I use Google Keep to record notes, it gives me WAY more time to pause before closing.

4. It allows you to start off on a rough draft, plus a feature that I really appreciate is the talk-to-text when it's done listening to you speak it gives you several different options just to make sure that it heard you correctly talk about saving time.

5. And then I can continue recording with one tap, without having to check what's just been transcribed.They still haven't fixed/improved this app since 2019! Still, there is no widget for a 1 tap to record.

6. This app really went downhill, they went ahead and added full screen ads nearly everytime you want to copy your text, and they removed the ability to remove ads forever, as they changed to a subscription model.

7. I really get the hustle, but this is way too much.Great App.The only thing I would change is when working on a document the document page moves to the end of the document when I was working in the middle.

8. If i slow down with speach forming the thought for the next sentence, i would have to push a mic again to continue with the voice typing.

9. I couldn't get it to print, so I then went back to the Play Store and downloaded Quick Edit and then copied and pasted it.

10. It interrupted me constantly by beeping every time you shut down and did not allow for good concentrated a thought process .

11. It should be staying on to record whatever it is should I have coming that .I never post EVERR! Man this app is everything I've been searching for, I love it It's perfect.

1. Fix Write Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Write: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Write App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Write" » Open Write by Voice: Speech to Text » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Write » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Write by Voice: Speech to Text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Write servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Write by Voice: Speech to Text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Write app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Write might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Write. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Write then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Write not working

2. Fix Write Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Write be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Write not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Write may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
