I would like to see more of the desktop versions features available on the mobile app, but still a great app!I was using the Free version for 3-4 months and I my rank was 1.8 million and after I purchased the Premium version , my profile ran was reset to Zero , and I cannot find my past messages and likes , and I cannot see any notifications in the app , I have to open the PC version to check all the notifications I receive through email, like Likes and messages .. What's wrong with this , help me or I'll cancel the subscription , because I cannot find any past messages, they either get dissappeared ..As with any dating app, there are features that are only unlocked if you pay a monthly subscription however , loveplanet has created an app that eliminates a lot of the BS, and allows you to really connect with people.

2. Through questionnaires that at first seem mundane but over time get really interesting and actually make you question yourself, you create a percentage based personality of yourself and when other people meet or come near the percentage they become matches.

4. maybe instead of auto renewal you should have an auto cancel subscription then if we like it we renew.It's good,easy to use I guess and won't let you put some pics,that's good.I love the app as its easy to use and navigate.

5. It became useless.make a profile and then they tell you 3 days free automatically renews after that for 23 dollars or get other packages.

1. Fix LovePlanet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LovePlanet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LovePlanet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LovePlanet - Live video dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LovePlanet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LovePlanet - Live video dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LovePlanet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LovePlanet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LovePlanet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LovePlanet then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LovePlanet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LovePlanet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LovePlanet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
