I can't leave my contract, even though I paid the penalties for leaving the contract, they will make you pay 1 more month in which you don't use it just because they have a 30 day notice which doesn't count as a contract penalty but as another month, the service is mediocre with frequent freezes, even at their highest tier, its not worth the money and I will happily move to another provider, I Do Not RecommendApp doesn't seem to work anymore after phone was updated to Android12.

2. Why aren't you doing anything to improve the user experience when it comes to make the payment using this horrible app? Initially I thought that Raiffeisen is to blame, but then I've tried Revolut and BT and the experience is the same - horrible.

3. Update: Today was the first day since forever, when I was able to pay the invoice the same day it was issued.I can not add the new client code after a switch of the owner... keep telling me I can not link it with the email.

4. After this bug, I used another email to create another account and finally I managed to use the app just to be annoyed again, I can not change from electronic bill to a physical one... just I can not scroll until the option... you can see the label but not the button.

5. After a while annoying text messages from the operator claiming invoice overdue and reminder about payment.

6. Nothing works with Telekom.I did at some point managed to log in and pay the bill .Because the app never works I could not log in to pat my bill and I was disconnected.

7. Now is all paid and for 2 days I still have no connection on my TV.What is going on? I am seriously thinking of ending having services from you.Pretty clean and straightforward app.

8. Everything goes smooth, including bank app opening, in the end this app thanks you for payment but no money drawing.

9. It's like Telekom doesn't want us to pay our invoices, but still they suspend the services if we do not pay.
