1. Can you add an option to contact directly the customer service without giving me all this useless info? PLEASE!Too many crash errors and once you switch to another app and then return to it I have to close the app and open it again in order to be able to log back in.

2. In order to press Continue in the page with cards, i have to select other cards, then the one i want.

10. Gets stucl on "sending authentification code" which never arrives.

11. Wasting your time each time yoy actually want to pay.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyAccount Telekom » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyAccount Telekom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyAccount Telekom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyAccount Telekom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyAccount Telekom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyAccount Telekom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyAccount Telekom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyAccount Telekom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyAccount Telekom not working
