1. Can you add an option to contact directly the customer service without giving me all this useless info? PLEASE!Too many crash errors and once you switch to another app and then return to it I have to close the app and open it again in order to be able to log back in.
2. In order to press Continue in the page with cards, i have to select other cards, then the one i want.
3. I doesnt keep you logged in though, so keep your password close by.Full of bugs, even in payment area, and the AI is just a delight.
4. I also like that there are modifications I can do on the subscription plan.1. Your app does not remember login accounts or card details, though it pretends it does.
5. Paying the bill is a little bit suspicious as yhere is no redirrectikn to my card app, but I really like using it.
6. Might just be the intention of keeping it safe however, it slows down the process of doing anything.Worst billing app I ever used.
7. Did anyone test this app having the user in mind?It won't let me pay with my visa card, I have to use a Mastercard.
8. Not practical at all especially if you want to pay the bill.
9. I had a moment when I paid my bill and then I had to pay it again because the app showed it as unpaid.
10. Gets stucl on "sending authentification code" which never arrives.
11. Wasting your time each time yoy actually want to pay.
