1. Sofre de muitas interrupções.Muitas vezes quando quero ver noticias aparece o título da notícia e o texto, mas quando ando para baixo para ler desaparece tudo e aparece um raio preto com o aviso de falha na ligação e para eu verificar a minha ligação à Internet.

1. Fix SAPO 24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SAPO 24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SAPO 24 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SAPO 24" » Open SAPO 24 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SAPO 24 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SAPO 24 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SAPO 24 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SAPO 24" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SAPO 24 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SAPO 24 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SAPO 24. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SAPO 24 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SAPO 24 not working

2. Fix SAPO 24 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SAPO 24 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SAPO 24 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
