1. It it will be inaccurate if you try to monitor weight for small pets like rats or mice and the like.Should have an option to change weight measurement from kg to lbs, and should be able to delete an accidental weight.

2. Weights should be deletable or editable if mistakes are made...Amazing!!! Add on that would be great and useful is: ability to upload files (medical histories, tests) AND to log in events for all pets not just individual specific events :)Doesn't work.

3. I appreciate it is a free app, but you must have EXTREME patience to use it.Features look nice so far I am just missing the option to swap to grams instead of kilograms for weight or just more digits enabled in kilograms.

4. Track weight is a bit glitchy, usually saving as the previous weight (rather than the entered value) so you then have to edit til it saves correctly.

5. Most importantly, I wish there was an option to set reminders, such as medications, food, and litter cleaning (which wouldn't need to go in the timeline as they're not events).This app is overall a good resource.

6. It helps me keep track of when they last had their flea prevention, vet visits, and track their weight.

7. You get points for entries to supposedly use towards donation to shelters, but only after each receives a certain # of points (& the feature seems to have been recently wiped)This has great potential to but has a several problems.

1. Fix Petable Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Petable: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Petable App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Petable" » Open Petable » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Petable » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Petable app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Petable servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Petable" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Petable app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Petable might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Petable. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Petable then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Petable not working

2. Fix Petable Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Petable be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Petable not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Petable may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
