1. The data connection is slow, the text messages are sending slow, everything is so slow! I guess this is the catch for "no expiration" huh? I am travelling to various places and GOMO rarely provide a good service.

2. Still trying to get in touch with customer service.Using this is good but the connection is as long as you enjoy using it everytime it became slower and slower..your product was good but the slow signal connectivity makes it worst to use.pls fix it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GOMO Philippines Issues

1. Fix GOMO Philippines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GOMO Philippines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GOMO Philippines App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOMO Philippines" » Open GOMO Philippines » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOMO Philippines » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GOMO Philippines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOMO Philippines servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOMO Philippines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GOMO Philippines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOMO Philippines might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GOMO Philippines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOMO Philippines then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOMO Philippines not working
