Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Teleteens Issues
1. Fix Teleteens Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Teleteens: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Teleteens App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teleteens" » Open Teleteens » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teleteens » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Teleteens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teleteens servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teleteens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Teleteens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teleteens might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Teleteens. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teleteens then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teleteens not working
2. Fix Teleteens Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teleteens be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Teleteens not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Teleteens may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I kept getting telegram messages on teleteens to update my telegram version. Since teleteens is not on google apps store I tried using the link teleteens provided in the support chat a while back. There seems to be an issue with the link and now I have no way of getting back on to my teleteens account.

I'm not able to update teleteen as google play store does not recognize it. Since I can't update it the notice for updating won't go away so I can't use the app
