1. When you select a time, the "confirm" button is only partly visible (mostly off the bottom of my screen).Maybe it's just me, but I have had many problems getting signed in the past and now with the new app I still have problems.

2. When setting up an appointment the app steps you through type (blood, plasma, etc), then location and finally date and time.

3. I should just be able to pick a center and have it pop up for me to see appointment times - but no, it wants to "help me", even though I have several errands to run and will not be anywhere near my current location at the appointment time.

4. It only allows you to put in email and password, and the bottom of the screen is still missing to hit the enter button...only forgot password button is visible.

5. Also wish that clicking "back" from that dead end hadn't sent be back to the beginning of the scheduling process, including location finding.This app is pretty great they have all your info saved to your account so you can see everything you have ever given.

6. On the last selection (date and time) the 'confirm appointment' button doesn't quite fit on my screen.

7. Be prepared to be logged out frequently, to have to re-enter your details every time you hit the back button, and for your password not to be stored.

8. I wish you could search by the time you wanted to give rather than just by each individual location.

9. Oh, and to get locked out and need to reset your password at random intervals.Getting better all the time.

10. Also if you want to change any selection (e.g. if you are on date and time and you want to go back to location) you have to start all over.Thrilled to finally see an app to streamline the process.

11. Then when I'm out of patience it will work, sometimes???? What has always worked best for me is a call to the local center for my Platelet donation and fill out the questionnaire when I get there! I really have tried.This app is a good attempt for a nonprofit organization, but it is pretty dreadful and unstable.

1. Fix Vitalant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vitalant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vitalant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vitalant" » Open Vitalant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vitalant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vitalant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vitalant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vitalant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vitalant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vitalant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vitalant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vitalant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vitalant not working

2. Fix Vitalant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vitalant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vitalant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vitalant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
