1. I've been using this app for more than 5years, the location of icons, drawing message features are my favorite, but I don't why, recently I wasn't able to download pictures, my stickers, smileys are not visible in the text if I send them, messages I've received ( voice and video) are sometimes can't be downloaded as it says ,message doesn't exist,.

3. In this version, the stickers are displayed as shadows and are not displayed.As if became much better than before but often hang and cell phone send error notificationEverything is perfect👏 but you have to improve the folder icons as much as possible.

5. It is disappointing👎👎Can't open the telegram feature, it takes too long to load the username search if you use it repeatedly, it takes too long if you enter the sub group more than 3 times, the settings are too simple so you don't know what to do.

6. But Vidogram's lovely part was ghost mode and showing deleted and edited messages.

1. Fix Vidogram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vidogram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vidogram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vidogram" » Open Vidogram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vidogram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vidogram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vidogram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vidogram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vidogram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vidogram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vidogram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vidogram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vidogram not working

2. Fix Vidogram Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vidogram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vidogram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vidogram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
