The video never connects and the doctors are very uneducated.So very convenient especially now with COVID-19 we don't have to go out and get exposed to it and also the Pediatrician office is closed this late....love itThis is so much more convenient then going to the doctors office with 2 kids under 4! The doctor was nice and listened to what I had to say.I love this app my wait time was less than 3 min to be seen.

2. Dont waste 2 hours like I did.This really isn't the app developers fault but every time I've tried to use this app lately, I have to wait for hours only to be transferred off to another doctor's waiting list.

3. This is no longer convenient in any way.It's fun when you sit on hold patiently waiting for well over an hour, just to have the provider go "offline" or state they can't see you due to being in a different state although you're not.

4. I thought they was but when calling my childs doctors office today she told me that they showed no record of her visit through this app and they were not affiliated with it.
