3. Seems like it would make a lot of sense to add the option for the patient to add their own information in-app and then someone on the app team could just verify it.Have always been able to use with no issues.

5. I am not a woman, nothing in my profile is set up for female, why the hell am I even seeing these (and only these) options!? I am fat and want to discuss potential options with my general physician!!!!It took me months of persistence to learn how to use RRH MyCare reliably and effectively.

8. I can login by going to MyCare in my browser, but can no longer login using the app icon I downloaded and have been using for over 2 years.
9. The "schedule with a specific provider" "option" is just text, and when I click on "Find a new provider", it comes up with 2 options; "Midwifery", and "Obstetrics and Gynecology".
10. Being able to message your Doctor directly and receive a response is an absolute plus.
11. Today I tried to use the app, as I always use it, from the icon downloaded to my phone & got a screen with nothing on it but RRH MyCare in the top left.
