1. Tried to create an account to pay a bill and no matter how many times I input the verification captcha, or made sure to follow all the password rules, or double check my account number, or manually input my email because some sites won't detect it if you input it using auto complete... It kept telling me there was a verification error and to check the fields.
2. I had to call because I couldn't login, the Connect person told me I didn't have an account even though I have been and NYP patient for a little over a year.
3. Healthcare in America! One complaint so far: WHY BOTHER offering "remember me" as an option when it NEVER remembers me!? Every freaking time I have to login with my username, password, and checking the "remember me" option... Every.
4. One of the nurses accidentally printed the wrong information & gave info on ECT therapy. As far as the patient portal EPIC appears to work as developed and programmed.
5. Now that my NYP Connect account is activated I cannot login into my patient portal, my password isn't recognized and I changed it 3 times.
6. Whoever out the app together must have did it for people like myself, thank you for preparing this easy to navigate app!!! 👍❤👍❤👍❤👍❤I requested medical records and still have not been forwarded to my primary provider.
7. I must say though that the test results section is one of the best compared to the other portals I/'ve use/d.I kind of find using the app refreshing because I am not very computer literit.
8. It is a very informative tool that I never knew I needed until I started using it.This app update is completely horrible, not user friendly at all.
9. EDIT: Amazing, there's no button for "I forgot my password."Seamless, all-encompassing app for my medical needs.
10. If it would've been the connection there would've been an exclamation point next to it, but that symbol wasn't there during those times.
11. It is patient rights to get treatment at the time of visit NOT AFTER.
