1. I like it so much I subscribed to it.Buggy, crashes often and requires reinstall, difficult to navigate the menus, "helpfully" insists on only showing the schedule for (what it thinks is) the nearest bus stop, actually impossible to plan a trip with.
2. And this time...find a few people who actually take the go train to test the app out so they can help you to fix it and make it useful.I used to have an account set up for my employee rate and this new app has no sign in capability, making it essentially useless.Very poor.
3. The trip planner kicks you out to google map (could have done that on my own).Non-peak hours have accurate times, but it suffers from inaccurate updates when the schedule changes or is on holiday hours.
4. You cannot track the bus in app, so a bus that the app tells you left 5 min ago will drive past you on the walk homeDoesn't provide real time information if buses are delayed.
5. It's honestly as though someone sat in a boardroom and said "let's make an app that makes it extremely difficult..no...absolutly impossible...to figure out when trains are leaving and arriving!" PLEASE...throw this out and start over again.
6. It gives me live updates of when my bus arrives but I cannot understand which direction it is travelling.
7. can all be addressed if you spend a couple hours of your time poking around.
8. I just want a light weight when will this train get me to that station and what is the schedule for the day.
9. The last two days I've had to uninstall and reinstall it because it wasn't working correctly and the app up to date because I checked.
10. The complains about not having the same interface as TRANSIT, can’t tell the travel distance, etc.
11. It is modularly designed so you can pick and choose which module you want to plug in and use.
