1. 4 times I've been on the phone when that GD high pitch beep goes off!!! It hurts my ears and will cause hearing loss! Fix this! It doesn't need to do that when the phone is in use! I've tried to turn it off! What the heck guys!? I want it to beep so I can hear it.

2. The mapping function is a great idea and I use it often.Generally works well, but when several tones drop for multiple agencies, it often times out before the entire message is dispatched.

3. Also, due to poor dispatch sound quailty, the app would be so much more useful if it provided a text or alpha-numeric page for each dispatch like the old alpha-numeric pagers did.Old version was way better.

4. I do not like the cad I wish it would just page out like the old version.. also doesn't pop up when you get an alert it just tones then I have to open the app.

5. I wish they would go back to the way it was.Great app for getting messages and call alerts.

8. Developer workaround was to override volume which is not feasible if I'm in on an office or at an event and do not wish to get alerts.Just updated, and it's a disaster now.

1. Fix eDispatches Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eDispatches: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eDispatches App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eDispatches" » Open eDispatches » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eDispatches » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eDispatches app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eDispatches servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eDispatches" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eDispatches app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eDispatches might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eDispatches. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eDispatches then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eDispatches not working

2. Fix eDispatches Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eDispatches be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eDispatches not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eDispatches may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
