1. Speech wasn't delayed.I was concerned I would have to go another night in pain, but did not want to go to a waiting room exposed to germs 😷.This was so awesome! I felt all my needs were met, Susan was delightful and explained what I was experiencing and provided me a few options for care and suggested a follow up with her via phone on Monday 😊 This is a great idea! Laurie ColeAudio did not work - incredible echo occurred.
2. For overall use its been fine and since multiple of my medical providers use it, the choice is use it or phone call with no video. The visit was not as good as when i use othet apps.
3. I had to sign in twice - not sure why screen was lost first time. This was a very streamlined process; I downloaded the app ten minutes before my appointment and set up an account, then spoke with my doctor shortly thereafter.
4. I highly recommend this tele-health type of appointment for those who know IF your body's medical issues are going well BUT you must also know IF you need to SEE your physician when you are NOT feeling well.Works great.
5. I definitely feel safer during this pandemic knowing that I can easily see a competent doctor without having to leave my house.I love how you can see yourself and the provider.
6. Under the circumstances that our country is currently operating under with COVID-19, I feel so much safer having my quarterly follow up appointments this way, provided nothing in particular is bothering me.
7. It worked excellent on my android galaxy S9, but not at all good on my Acer chrome book but moderately ok on my Lenovo all in one desktop.
8. Only crappy part was the sound we couldn't hear each other at times.Very convenient while the country copes with this emergency.
9. But i spent 20 minutes inputing my medications and was late entering tI just had my 1st tele-health appointment and absolutely loved it.
10. The app through nuvance is quite good but the quality of talking or viewing through it seems to depend on the system you are using.
11. The doctor kept freezing every other second.
