This additional product doesn't require you to cross your fingers every time you simply want to send a message but similar examples in Longmont show 5x the response time for someone who isn't already "signed up" & instead left a message with a nurse.Super easy to use compared to a lot of medical apps.Extremely productive! Tons of access to info, appointments, test results etc.Well made app.
2. It feels really smooth compared to what you might expect from a hospital!Easy access and one stop for all of my medical needs.
3. Most used features are big buttons up front but easy to dig deeper for other needs.BSW apparently does not care about securing your data.
4. Also, video link does not always work.App will not accept patient answers and allow patient to progress thru forms.
5. It's difficult to directly request that certain records be corrected or updated.In modern Exp, a promises to do anything will come with requests for CC#s OR it's great until you actually NEED it & instead demands the #.
6. Epic provides this functionality, but BSW does not enable it.
7. There is no 2FA — that's pathetic for an app that provides access to our most personal info.
8. Makes communicating easy.
9. It simply is a portal between me and my primary medical practice.
10. It does what it is supposed to do.
11. There's no reason to not enable this on the site and in the app.
