1. C'monLog in issues... i have to use an older phone (galaxy s8+) instead of my current phone (galaxy s20 ultra) in order to log into my chart to do virtual visits.. constantly getting "something went wrong" and it saying there's an issue with my ID login and password, even though I have entered them correctly .. will change review if this is fixed but this has been an ongoing issue for months now (I have also Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times already)Nothing but iFone app ported for Android.

2. One that's real annoying you cannot cancel appointmentsCan no longer access video visits from my cell running the newest Android Version.

3. A few deep-menu options on the user end to troubleshoot various hard/firmware issues would be handy, or just fixing it would be great.Half the time it doesn't let me fill out the E-check in which is frustrating.

4. Lack of Oauth integration annoying requiring login on browser for feature.It's very easy to use once your logged into it, It has most to all your medical info in the app, That's if your in the Allina health system.

5. CANNOT dismiss bogus "to do" items! Retroactive "Your Problem List" i.e. recent new diagnosis shows in After Visit Summary from 3 years ago.

6. I need my phone to be doing other stuff, so I use my tablet or Windows PC for video calls.

7. Try it for your self if your interested in learning more about what's in your records & sending release forms & Wgat not there's alot of things in there to choose from or to personalize it as well..2.5 stars.

8. This new app is laid out weird, finding categories is difficult, and you have to maneuver through a bunch of stuff before you get to mychart.One of the worst apps I have ever used.

9. It just shows you the dates and times available but doesn't show the day of the week, or give any sort of calendar format.

1. Fix Allina Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Allina Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Allina Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Allina Health" » Open Allina Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Allina Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Allina Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Allina Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Allina Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Allina Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Allina Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Allina Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Allina Health then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Allina Health not working

2. Fix Allina Health Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Allina Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Allina Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Allina Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
