Santikos Premiere Customer Insights

1. It even told me there was an error last time and couldn't complete my purchase, only to discover the next day they DID charge me (for a movie we didn't see because it said the tickets couldn't be processed).

2. Takes over a minute and half the time doesn't show any movie times or when you click on a theater; shows no movies playing for that day or any day.

3. Sadly I'm having to go to a Cinemark theater since their app does work all the time.This app needs an update bad.

4. It doesn't show my rewards and always says two of my credit cards are declined, when there is nothing wrong with them.

5. What happened?Extremely user friendly! Love the dark-mode background, the fact that you can buy tickets ahead of time.

6. When I got to the theater and clicked on the app it again took forever to load and the tickets were not there.

8. I go and buy the tickets directly at the theatre and my credit cards goes through just fine.

9. Also, the food ordering function is spotty, and doesn't work at all at some of the older locations.

10. Now it takes forever to load and doesn't seem to track my purchases.

11. I had to go to the customer service desk to have them look my purchase up and get tickets.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Santikos Premiere Issues

1. Fix Santikos Premiere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Santikos Premiere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Santikos Premiere App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Santikos Premiere" » Open Santikos Premiere » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Santikos Premiere » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Santikos Premiere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Santikos Premiere servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Santikos Premiere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Santikos Premiere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Santikos Premiere might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Santikos Premiere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Santikos Premiere then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Santikos Premiere not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Santikos Premiere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Santikos Premiere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Santikos Premiere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
