Why should I report an Issue with Dorian: Comics Game Platform?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Dorian.live to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Tbh, I like the concept, and they are interesting stories but the UI just feels slow to respond often? Clunky? When an app is being used daily, it becomes a groaning experience.

2. ETA: I recognize there's a 'don't show this again' option, but when I use it, the app thanks me for reporting the story, and the story is back when I reopen the app.I absolutely love The Arcana, and when I heard Dorian acquired NixHydra, I decided to give Dorian's app a try.

3. It was just like the ad which was great, however it leaves me wishing that there was more options for getting hearts like exchanging coins instead of actual money or being forced to go live with friends especially when you don't have friends to go live with.

4. Just like all the "good" options in the story.Cool, but too many user generated stories that have just one or two parts and then never update again.

5. We miss NixHydra!some stories just won't let me click on them or interact at all :( also, you can only be female when editing your profile which is kind of a bummer since I expected a more inclusive setup.

7. Also maybe I'm just not the target audience here, but when so many stories have emojis in the dialogue, it kinda takes me out of the experience.

9. otherwise it feels hard to navigate since you're swiping up to look at the next story rather than a grid layout? that may just be personal preference though.

1. Fix Dorian Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dorian: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dorian App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dorian" » Open Dorian: Comics Game Platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dorian » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dorian: Comics Game Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dorian servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dorian: Comics Game Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dorian app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dorian might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dorian. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dorian then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dorian not working

2. Fix Dorian Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dorian be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dorian not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dorian may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
