Why should I report an Issue with Entur - Journey Planner?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Entur AS to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Can't see how I can 'respond' 'x) ) No, the issue is not the same, but for some reason I can only pick dates up until August 28th? Can't see why, but at least now the app is usable :)Tired of yet another app for buying a ticket? Entur has a travel planner for all of Norway, and has options for buying tickets for most operators (the rest to follow).

2. For locations which are in between different lines this is not a good solution.Powerful search, easy setup and config, buying tickets and adding favourites simple and intuitive.

3. Maybe someone could add that kind of very essential information on the app information😬Any news on the English language issue? My smartphone's language is French, and the Entur app displays in Norwegian only.

4. Better to use the bus schedule on the bus' own website.Hi Entur, app is probably ok, but please inform users that periodic tickets does not work yet.

5. Just having trouble travelling now! Also my bus didn't show up and I did not get any notification about it! Was standing outside in the cold for an hour....Great for ticket buying, but not as great as travel planner.

6. If I change my smartphone's language to English, the Entur app still only displays in Norwegian.

7. I don't have any numbers, but suspect that about 50% of the users are looking for periodic tickets.

10. Edit - problem was fixed eventually and app works just as intended.I used to like entur a lot, because of the favourite system.

11. It's ok that the app is under development, but I suppose it's a dealbreaker for a lot of users unless you only buy single tickets to anywhere.

1. Fix Entur Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Entur: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Entur App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Entur" » Open Entur - Journey Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Entur » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Entur - Journey Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Entur servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Entur - Journey Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Entur app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Entur might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Entur. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Entur then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Entur not working

2. Fix Entur Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Entur be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Entur not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Entur may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
