1. I'm using the app to improve my Dutch and this would help a lot.App is fantastic but please allow to copy text from the app to translate.

2. But can you open copy/paste option because I'm a Dutch learner and I don't know many words in news.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jeugdjournaal Issues

1. Fix Jeugdjournaal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jeugdjournaal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Jeugdjournaal App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jeugdjournaal" » Open Jeugdjournaal » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jeugdjournaal » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jeugdjournaal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jeugdjournaal servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jeugdjournaal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jeugdjournaal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jeugdjournaal might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jeugdjournaal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jeugdjournaal then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jeugdjournaal not working
