1. Met de NOS-app blijf je altijd en overal op de hoogte van het laatste nieuws en sportnieuws.
1. More objective than social mediaWhy remove the option to browse news per category and for instance quickly select the exact sport I'm interested in? Practically useless now.Bottom navigation-bar not editable, shows sports and videos?? Where are the categories that matter to people with an IQ?This app used to be great, but a recent update removed the option to browse news by category.
2. The widget also doesn't update now and then and lack a 'jump to top' or 'refresh' button.Who is responsible for this update? To see a specific sport you have to scroll down 3-4 screens in the NOS Sport section and look for, what feels like, a hidden menu? (Ugly looking rectangle buttons) Even if you filter in 'latest', which cost alot of clicks to get where you want to go, you can't see the agenda/statistics/etc of the specific sport..Updates over the past years have made the app worse each time.
3. Stuff I want to see is harder to navigate to.Recent update makes it hard to navigate and find e.g. Dutch soccer scores, the personal newsfeed is not appreciated as I want to be challenged, please restore the convenient newscategories.
4. The bottom navigation bar now only offers the frontpage, latest news, sports, video, and"Personal".
5. Cannot hide sports news button, can't pick filtered news without including sports.
6. Also, the news widget features tons of sports news, despite my choosing the non-sports widget.
7. Weather info harder to find (especially since last update...). That was the last straw.
8. I also can't find the rankng for sports anymore and the traffic information seems to have disappeared as well.
9. I'll get my news elsewhere. Was fine now there's no international football competitions and you can't fix you favourites on the start page anymore.
10. Seems like they have to mess up a perfectly good app just to give someone work/a job .UX has taken a hit with the latest update.
11. It's probably an attempt to increase user retention, but now I can't easily find all articles of a given category like you can on the website.
