So I finally uninstalled (again), rebooted, reinstalled (again), granted all permissions (again), rebooted (again), set it to NOT remove the permissions if not used for a while, and FINALLY GOT IT WORKING.I have loved this app for years but now when I get an error message saying the app is not installed.

2. I tap on icon to open app and it jumps back to home screen or if it does open it just says error or internet problem.

3. Whatever was done still doesn't work.So, Android will remove permissions from Apps without telling you.

4. Also, the app shouldn't crash in that circumstance, it should prompt for permissions.I have used this app for years and have loved it.

5. You also can turn off the switch where Android will remove permissions.

6. I then uninstalled the app, reinstalled and granted all permissions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rx 2 Go Issues

1. Fix Rx 2 Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rx 2 Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rx 2 Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rx 2 Go" » Open Rx 2 Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rx 2 Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rx 2 Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rx 2 Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rx 2 Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rx 2 Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rx 2 Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rx 2 Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rx 2 Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rx 2 Go not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rx 2 Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
