Why should I report an Issue with FantacyStory: novels, fictions?

1. I guess the ending is left to my imagination 🙃.Some of the stories are intresting & wonderful written.. The problem I have is the sudden name changed in some of the books, the unfinished novels of some, the ads to open the chapters are annoying! Some wouldn't even open.. And the last problem is the sudden disappearance of some novels.. I was reading 2 novels & was at the half of the books but now it suddenly disappeared from my library & home! Even if I search it it can't be found anymore..can you fix thatFull of grammatical errors.

2. I've done to read some story in it but all is no ending, I'm dissatisfied.One of the worst novel reading apps.

3. But I think it's better than most apps here cos you don't buy coins to complete a book .Freenovel app may contain free novels (its in the name) but the ads are not organized and quite messy too.

4. Females are referred to as 'he' and males as 'she.' Those not familiar with Chinese or Korean names can't understand whether author is referring to male or female.

5. I can't read the novel cause it says I need to check my Internet Connection when I'm actually 100% connected.

6. I hated other apps because of scroll reading and now what is happening.

7. When I found a novel, advertised by this app in Facebook, it immediately piqued my interest after reading it.

8. If you are not familiar with chinese or korean names, then you can't even identify whether a character is male or female.

10. The use of his and hers and other descriptive adjectives addressing the male and female genders were interchangeably wrongly used, creating confusion in the readers.

11. Thank youI like it , but it's difficult to complete a story , because they're too long and you have to watch video to get to next chapter .

1. Fix FantacyStory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FantacyStory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FantacyStory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FantacyStory" » Open FantacyStory: novels, fictions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FantacyStory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FantacyStory: novels, fictions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FantacyStory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FantacyStory: novels, fictions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FantacyStory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FantacyStory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FantacyStory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FantacyStory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FantacyStory not working

2. Fix FantacyStory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FantacyStory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FantacyStory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FantacyStory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
