Why should I report an Issue with HiRead - Novels and Comics?

1. Anyway thank you for the interesting stories.It is actually have many nice and interesting novel in this application, but, first, the price of each chapter are expensive compare if we buy a book of novel.

3. R u guys translate it from Google?Its charge too much, you can buy some real novels just to read the whole novel in the app.

4. Fourth, there are some author are not thorough, there are double chapter so we pay double for the chapter we had paid beforeI really liked and loved the novels.but in a couple years, i lost the app and now I tried to download it again.

5. I read a novel until chapter 200 and just realize that so many chapter to go, spent almost twice real novel already.

6. Its charge in every chapter, i hope we can buy a whole novel in one charge.

7. I think for stories with more than 100 chapters, it's better to charge cheaper price for each chapter.

8. Third, some novel can be disappear from this application while I had paid for the novel for so many chapters.

9. Second, some of novel haven't have updated for a long time.

10. When I opened the app, it says "app failed to start" I tried to delete the app and download it again.

11. The character name change many time n it looks like the story is a translation.

1. Fix HiRead Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiRead: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiRead App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiRead" » Open HiRead - Novels and Comics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiRead » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiRead - Novels and Comics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiRead servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiRead - Novels and Comics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiRead app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiRead might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiRead. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiRead then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiRead not working

2. Fix HiRead Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiRead be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiRead not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiRead may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
