1. If I ever get my coins that I've paid for, I'll use them and I'll never use this app again.The apps is ok, a lot of options / selections of reading books here.

1. Fix Hinovel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Hinovel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Hinovel App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hinovel" » Open Hinovel » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hinovel » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Hinovel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hinovel servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hinovel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Hinovel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hinovel might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Hinovel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hinovel then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hinovel not working
2. Fix Hinovel Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hinovel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hinovel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hinovel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Was paying to receive coins as I read. Did not know that I had opened an account.
