Why should I report an Issue with LOVOO - Dating App & Chat App?

1. Can't send messages or woo anyone, so the app is officially a useless garbage 🗑️ that I'm trashing out right about nowliterally no different from other apps yes it works good but yeah your better off going outside with a sign around your neck saying single.

2. Also weirdly the women are way more trashy than on other apps in my region, almost all have tattoos, piercings and tons of makeup.Terrible app, the distance and radius is WAY OFF.

3. The app has few bugs but it still manages to keep me satisfied.Filter settings cannot be changed due to some error and this is annoying bug and I was ready to ignore this as I thought this is the only problem.

4. Sometimes it says that my phone number which already worked plenty of times logging in "is not a valid number" uninstalling and re installing doesn't work, only restarting the phone seems to temporarily fix it.

5. it's ok of an app and not going to renew after the end of my monthI'm loving this app, no bots, few scammers, I can message anyone for free and the people are nice.

6. But then discovered may more bugs.The app is useless and apparently disgusting; and a waste that will occupy space meant for more reasonable apps.

7. TGTBT Potential, but I wont be investing...Worst dating app yet, everytime I text a girl they hanged up automatically because that my natural eyelashes.

8. Often in the middle of using it it says that it requires a login, even thou I'm logged in with my phone number.

9. Day 2, there were magically a bunch of profiles in my area with a name a single attractive profile pic.

1. Fix LOVOO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LOVOO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LOVOO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LOVOO" » Open LOVOO - Dating App & Chat App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LOVOO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LOVOO - Dating App & Chat App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LOVOO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LOVOO - Dating App & Chat App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LOVOO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LOVOO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LOVOO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LOVOO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LOVOO not working

2. Fix LOVOO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LOVOO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LOVOO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LOVOO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
