Why should I report an Issue with hayi - Live Stream Video Chat?

1. I have been using the app for about a week now and since there are no settings that allows me to change my name as I do on the Lovoo App, I decided to uninstall it and install it again.

2. Because there's no login button, I tried to sign-up with the exact same data as before, but it wouldn't let me.

3. It keeps on saying there's already an account like that, for me to login 🙄.

4. Hopefully it'll get better in the future.Why is this app full of trash like a waisted catfish.

1. Fix hayi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart hayi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the hayi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hayi" » Open hayi - Live Stream Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hayi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear hayi - Live Stream Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hayi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hayi - Live Stream Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check hayi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hayi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall hayi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hayi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hayi not working

2. Fix hayi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hayi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to hayi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, hayi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
