1. I was blocked inexplicably at first and had to contact support to be unblocked.It's really great 👍 interPals, I enjoy connecting with people from around the world 🌎 and learn new things.

2. All around a great app that just needs a touch upThis is a free, fun app for meeting people from all over the world! I like that you can set very specific filters for your searches as well as put some limits on who can contact you.

3. But you can block people, countries, or entire regions of geography if you are particularly bothered.the most recent update (sometime in october from what i can tell) changed the layout and now not only does it look horrible, but it has less features than before.

8. half the search filters are missing, it uses the wrong app to choose images to upload, comments are displayed even more publicly than before, theres some weird timeline thing i dont know where the content for that comes from.

9. Sometimes messages do not refresh, and there are information differences made on profiles between changes made on the PC version and mobile.

10. Biggest problem right now is that you can't send photos and voice messages consistently.

11. I've made a lot of very special and close friends, but now I've upgraded to a new phone (Google Pixel 4 - not the newest phone, but it's an upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy S8).

1. Fix Interpals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Interpals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Interpals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Interpals" » Open Interpals: Friends & Languages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Interpals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Interpals: Friends & Languages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Interpals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Interpals: Friends & Languages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Interpals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Interpals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Interpals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Interpals then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Interpals not working

2. Fix Interpals Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Interpals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Interpals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Interpals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
