1. Poor students had to suffer through the beginning stage of this app🤦of course it would suck in the early stages.The worst application I have ever installed in my tablet!!! Absolutely a terrible software! Freezing a lot! Too many bugs! It is not working properly and all the time I am not able to receive passwords to enter the website of Islamic Azad University! I was surprised when I saw the iGap admins even don't know English and answer the comments in Persian!!! Definitly Google should withdraw this aweful application from the store!This app is the most useless messaging platform that I have unfortunately encountered.

Don't even think about it unless you have to.I wanted to install old version but I didnt find,it has the problem, giving the right last seen with out close and reopen it, plus the problam impossible to change the account for me! terrible.This is a low-quality and censoring application and is mostly designed to spy on Iranian students.

3. It is a shame that a well known university is dependent on such a useless application.It's a force to install app to get Azad University messages or codes which easily can send by SMS.

To be honest I just installed this because my University made us into it because my online profile in university and managing aemesters and etc that has to go through that profile is regulated by an entry code that is sent to my number by this app and funny thing is, neither thing works smoothly.

5. And after finishing my studies, I delete this software from my phone.I wonder why I have to receive the verification code for accessing my account at Azad University via iGap.

6. There's no reason to install such a useless application on your phoneWe are forced to install it that the only reason anyone has ever installed this app.

7. I installed this application just because my university made us to do so and this is the only place they let us have our class groups.

8. While this application is a slight imitation of similar better examples such as Telegram and WhatsApp, students in Iran are forced to use this application.

9. I personally was forced to install it so that I can get verification codes to access my collages dashboard.

10. And even if you don't mind the spying and government blocking access to telegram still this app gives you a horrible experience.Ridiculous app.

1. Fix iGap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iGap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iGap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iGap" » Open iGap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iGap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iGap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iGap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iGap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iGap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iGap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iGap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iGap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iGap not working

2. Fix iGap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iGap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iGap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iGap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
