1. I guess it's new (I just used the app for the first time last week, so I'm new too) but shouldn't there be a guide on how to use the "Sound Control" part of the app? I tried a few different keywords while I was using my device, but it didn't work.

2. You guys need a lot of work if your app can't even find the devices let alone connect to one.use to work fine on galaxy s8 but for a while now it can't find a device, won't switch to vr mode, won't scroll up and down to view content and can't see media on sd card.

3. I need to connect to my Bluetooth device locally to connect with a website that should have the bluetooth or wired device connected on that end? It would be one thing if they explained any reason whatsoever for this necessity but they leave you in the dark completely.

4. For instance, I have to go into my phone's bluetooth and unpair Launch each time to get it to connect in the Feel Connect app.

5. Turn Bluetooth off/on and launch off/on check in phone Bluetooth settings that it can see the launch DO NOt connect to it.

6. Could someone write one up?Got it working finally turn on Bluetooth and launch, open app it shows launch with a tick next to it DO NOT press it, press add selected device at the bottom.

7. Once it does connect it works great; syncs with the video and controls the device good.

8. Requires a bluetooth connection even if I am simply trying to connect to a webpage's link via a QR code.

9. I've tried reinstalling app, unpairing device, turn bluetooth off/on.

10. 4) I have only gotten the video player to work with the FeelMe website and the key to that is completely closing the app between videos and letting the web browser launch it as needed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Feel Connect Issues

1. Fix Feel Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Feel Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Feel Connect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feel Connect" » Open Feel Connect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feel Connect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Feel Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feel Connect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feel Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Feel Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feel Connect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Feel Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feel Connect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feel Connect not working


2. Fix Feel Connect Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feel Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feel Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feel Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
