1. picking audio sections is poorly designed, you have to scroll down among hundreds of audio files to find your selected aoudio!! without any type of sorting.The linking for the audio and conversion buttons is reversed, and the audio section doesn't allow for file and folder navigation.

2. (Redmi Note 7) It opens then I tried to upload audio, it showed a blank screen with the words "Conversation History" at the top and then crashes.The app force closes without working! in android 8.

3. Plus they want personal information, pictures, etc, so seems to be a scam to sell your information.Opened the app, clicked on the ad Close button, clicked on Upload Audio, waited 5-10 seconds and the app force closed.
