Why should I report an Issue with Klapp - School communication?

1. Klapp is a simple and intuitive solution that simplifies and digitalizes the communication between school, parents and students.

2. School appointments and absence messages are clearly displayed in the calendar, which can also be synchronized with the local calendar app.

3. Klapp allows the transmission of messages and files in private messages or as a chat.

4. Video conferencing is integrated into Klapp.

5. Printed letters, chain telephones, information booklets, absence notification via phone and a clogged pinboard are a thing of the past.

1. This problem isn't new as I can see from other customers feedback.I find the app too intrusive, it requires providing personal information, requests to run in the background, send push notifications.... The fact that we are requested by a public school to install an app on our personal phones with all those permissions, just so that the school communicates with us, is ludicrous.

2. E.g Outlook-Integration or Klapp internal Calendar FunctionNot match used it, but I get messages or E-Mails from others and it is very easy to use; overall it is very secure app.Slow, even though I've read all my new mail, it still says, there's new mail.

3. So my wife can't include me and vice-versa.Excellent! Efficient and user friendly.I appreciate the fact of collecting school messages in 1app.

4. For one simple reason: When communicating with school employees, you can't include second parent in the list of recipients.

5. What's wrong with email?Support for Calendar Integration; As parent it would be nice if appointments could be integrated in a calendar.

1. Fix Klapp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Klapp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Klapp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klapp" » Open Klapp - School communication » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klapp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Klapp - School communication app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klapp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klapp - School communication" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Klapp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klapp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Klapp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klapp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klapp not working

2. Fix Klapp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klapp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klapp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klapp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
