Why should I report an Issue with Jack’d - Gay Chat & Dating?

1. Very frustrating!!! Tryed their recommendations to clear cache data and reinstalled app but symptoms still occur, not good at all! No crushes, just crashes! Please fix with new version of app.This honestly used to be the best gay dating app but now it's crazy with it's ads to the point you can't look at 2 profiles consecutively without an ad showing up or you can only swipe 5 times without the watching an ad message to see more profiles show up.

2. All I see whenever I click on any new notifications is 'server error' (i.e. spam) and it's becoming more of a chore to open the app to respond to actual messages from guys.

3. Update: Now app crashes every few key strokes and restarts itself back to where you left off but you have to reenter your most recent messages to send.

4. Produces server error messages almost every time I have tried to alter the profile.

5. I do tend to have an incorrect location due to app bugs/ glitches so I'm getting messages from people everywhere but where I am.

6. I would not recommend it for anyone who is not leasing an expensive device and definitely DO NOT pay for this app until the developer upgrades nearly everything.This version 6.3604 constantly crashes and restarts compared to previous version.

Up until now, I've never had any real complaints with the service but I'll definitely be deleting this app if this issue isn't fixed sooner rather than later.VERY buggy, I keep getting the app freezing when someone new comes on line, have to close and reopen, many times when I'm messaging someone.

8. Also the app is really invested with bots to the point where 80 percent of messages are bots.This seems a decent app especially for my area.

9. It's gone from an "F" to a "C minus"I enjoy the new look and feature additions but think adding on as many restrictions like, filtering out profiles with no pictures and amount of people you can block was a bad move.

1. Fix Jack’d Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jack’d: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jack’d App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jack’d" » Open Jack’d - Gay Chat & Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jack’d » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jack’d - Gay Chat & Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jack’d servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jack’d - Gay Chat & Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jack’d app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jack’d might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jack’d. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jack’d then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jack’d not working

2. Fix Jack’d Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jack’d be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jack’d not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jack’d may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
