Why should I report an Issue with iFunny - memes, videos & jokes?

1. if the crashing could be fixed and if there was a way to keep from repeating content that would be fantastic.I've had this app for 6 or 7 years, but since all these updates, it's quality went downhill.

2. I would keep the explore and tags, they need fixed though.I've given this app several chances, and while the content is usually pretty funny and the moderators are doing their jobs quite well, the app itself could use some work.

1. Fix iFunny Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iFunny: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iFunny App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iFunny" » Open iFunny - memes, videos & jokes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iFunny » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iFunny - memes, videos & jokes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iFunny servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iFunny - memes, videos & jokes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iFunny app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iFunny might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iFunny. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iFunny then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iFunny not working

2. Fix iFunny Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iFunny be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iFunny not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iFunny may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
