1. This is not at all comforting when I have my children that may text me on this.I've sent an email already, so I hope this problem gets resolved quickly or I'm going to have to uninstall it and look for a better one.It's a free extra phone number with call and text capabilities.

2. They say on their FAQ that credits are for international calls and texts, but every time I send a text (not intentionally) it takes half a credit anyway.

3. Earning Credits is easy, with many different options and plenty of good offers that are free to complete.

4. The app sends notification if the signal is too weak for good call quality and suggests sending a text, instead of calling.

5. You aren't given any credits for most of the ads you watch, and you are usually deducted credits shortly after receiving them when you do without reading any texts or making any calls.

7. It does have A LOT of ads and I understand being free means they need to make money elsewhere but I really dislike the popups that you cant get rid of without closing the app, otherwise I'm fine with ads and understand they need to make money too.

1. Fix Second Number Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Second Number: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Second Number App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Second Number" » Open Second Number for Call & Text » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Second Number » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Second Number for Call & Text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Second Number servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Second Number for Call & Text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Second Number app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Second Number might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Second Number. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Second Number then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Second Number not working

2. Fix Second Number Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Second Number be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Second Number not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Second Number may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
