1. I needed to try multiple times to get connected - it's been happening very often.i wass buy new MIPAD 5 and download the clarius apps, but hard to conect and found the clarius direct wifi? need to fix it asap cause i need to use the ultrasound .TqWith the last update, my L7HD3 can not be connected with Xiaomi devices.Great App! I got my C3HD scanner yesterday and already tried its cardiac mod and abdomen mod.

2. The only area of improvement is for the link between scanner and mobile device to work more consistently.Easy to comprehendMobile phone samsung A02 was able to connect previously suddenly after update sfw android ver 11 in mobile, we couldnot connect with ultrasound.

3. Tech support isn't helpful, website difficult to navigate for help.The ability to use a portable device to obtain images of such quality is brilliant.

4. I constantly use the Phillip mobile ultrasound in my hospital, I think the cardiac mod, phillip is better but Clarius has better App than Phillip.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Clarius Ultrasound Issues

1. Fix Clarius Ultrasound Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Clarius Ultrasound: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Clarius Ultrasound App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clarius Ultrasound" » Open Clarius Ultrasound » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clarius Ultrasound » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Clarius Ultrasound app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clarius Ultrasound servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clarius Ultrasound" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Clarius Ultrasound app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clarius Ultrasound might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Clarius Ultrasound. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clarius Ultrasound then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clarius Ultrasound not working


2. Fix Clarius Ultrasound Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clarius Ultrasound be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clarius Ultrasound not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clarius Ultrasound may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
